Who said the U.S. is the only superficial country? Ok well along with South America and all the plastic surgeries they have going on down there. Anywhoo, if you guys watched the Olympic opening ceremonies apparently the little girl who warmed all of our hearts singing that beautiful song (ok I didn't actually hear or know the song she sang, because my tv was on mute, the ceremony was just so lonnnnggg, I was jamming some Leona Lewis till the VI walked across the track for two mili secs).

Well apparently she didn't really sing at all. She was just there for the looks. Lin Miaoke (on left) lip synched to a pre recorded track that was sung by Yang Peiyi (right) although Yang Peiyi won the competition to perform at the once in a lifetime worldwide event. So why didn't Yang Peiyi show? Because event organizers thought that Lin Miaoke looked prettier and would portray the image of Chinese children to their liking. Saying Yang was not pretty enough and had buck teeth…WOW

Can you believe that? Not only did they tell you although you ARE the best singer, but you CAN’T perform, and by the way, the other girl who you beat in the competition with the pig tails, yah ….who is supposedly prettier than you IS GOING TO PRETEND TO SING TO YOUR TRACK AS HER OWN?!?!?!?!? I want to see a follow up story on this one, about the hurt, the pain and the lawsuit. View the article below. So, here’s the question. Do you think that you are a
"good" aka pretty/handsome representation for YOUR country? Does it even matter?
