So my roommate has this hot tote, that for some odd reason I was drawn too. Not for the blazing deep red color, but because there was something about the design. Something different. Something like oh I don't know, it was made out of seat belts! Sounds kinda funky I know, but looking online the seatbelt bags are one of few of the new "upcycle" products really coming out. Ranging from the tire messenger bags ($225), purse candy wrapper clutch ($89.00) and a half dollar coin chair ($59,000), these gifts are pretty nifty, but BOY ARE THEY PRICEY.

With anything "green" it is pricey, and for most college students and wanna be doctors maybe something to think about in the future, but it's definitely something to look at now and pass along as a "Whoa look at this" type of email. Check out The Daily Green website for more funky stuff.
