Land of the free home of the brave, that is without a doubt an accurate definition of the U.S.A. Last night i realized just how free and just how brave people really are. After class me and a friend decided that we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat so we headed to this
cuban place close by. I love it because it quiet never too crowded people are friendly and the food is pretty good. However last night was a little different, last night i had a run in with a lunatic on a two wheel. Its happened to all of us at some point in our life your turning down a street and some loser on a
BMX doesn't see you keeps riding and almost slams into your door. It usually follows with a "look where your going ass hole" and a "screw you" and the respective parties go on about there
business. Last night however was
verrry different, last night i met the cyclist of doom. After we exchange our respective fuck
off's i drive off to find a parking spot. Upon exiting my car to my deep surprise i am greeted bye the cyclist of doom. Rolling up on his
BMX he comes "You almost ran me over"
of course the natural response was "you need to look where your going". My first thought was that he had to have been INSANE to ride half way cross a parking lot just to tell me i almost hit him. Unfortunately Mr Doom was not finished, he whips out his camera phone (I wish i knew the asshole that invented these shits) to try and take a picture of my listen plate so
of course i drive off so he
doesn't get a chance to. Then the idiot screams "
OHHH and
that's leaving the scene of a crime". Now lets stop our story here for one second, the scene of a crime? No one was hit no one was harmed what exactly could he think the crime was......the only crime is that someone gave birth to this
nut job. At this point
I'm so mad i can barely see straight so i jump out the car and i hear this guy"Hello 911 i was just almost run over bye a car....license plate
XXXXXXX the suspect is A BLACK MALE......
OHHH HES APPROACHING ME NOW AND I
DON'T KNOW IF HES ARMED
I'M GOING AROUND THE BLOCK". Its moments like these i wish i was on my backward violent island i love so much because it would have been able to do exactly what needed to be done in this situation. However in a free democratic state where even a
homeless drunk on a bicycle can have a camera phone and call the cops to report a non accident i was forced into one choice. Remain calm and
don't do anything foolish, there will be moments in your life when demons like this guy try to provoke you into throwing your life away....do not let them because at the end of the day hes still homeless on a bicycle.
